If you've never heard of this product before then you may be wondering why on earth this product name contains the word nipple, but I'll explain. Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm for Lips was originally created for nursing mothers to use on cracked and dry nipples. However, it soon caught on as having plenty of other uses to help soothe sore and dry areas all over the body, including the lips.
It contains one wonder ingredient: medical grade lanolin. Lanolin, which is like a wax that is secreted from wool-baring animals, is fantastic to use on dry skin. There are other uses for this product as well though, so that makes it a great multitasker. As well as on lips (or nipples), the Dr. Lipp Original Nipple Balm for Lips can be used on nails/dry cuticles, sunburn and sore patches on the body, or even in your makeup routine for glossy eyelids, as a highlighter or on the eyebrows.
It comes packaged in a small, dark, shimmering grey tube that holds 15ml of product with a silver screw cap lid. This tube then comes packaged in a white, illustrated box.
