ESQIDO Mink False Eyelashes in Radiance and Lash Glue reviews

*
Hey guys! A little while back I wrote about some beautiful false eyelashes, and the great news is that today I have some more to show you and review for you!

ESQIDO is a brand that have a collection of celebrity fans from Rihanna to Gigi Hadid and they provide a wide range of mink false lashes and synthetic lashes for you to choose from. Whether you’re looking for everyday lashes, lashes for a night out or lashes for a wedding, ESQIDO have got you covered. From super natural looking eyelashes, medium volume and full volume. They are advertised as being easy to apply, comfortable and the most natural looking false eyelashes.

If you struggle with trying to choose though, the ESQIDO website also has a handy quiz that helps you to select your perfect pair. You need to go through a few questions about your eye shape, style, what occasion you’d like to wear them for and so on, and the results include a few different pairs to consider. Of course once you have chosen your lashes, you’re gonna need something to apply them with. Today I also have the ESQIDO Eyelash Glue to review alongside the pair that I chose; the ESQIDO Mink Eyelashes in Radiance.

The lashes themselves come packaged in a beautiful white box with rose gold on the inside, and the glue comes in a matching style in a sleek white, plastic tube with rose gold handle. It has a brush applicator inside.

So let’s check them out!

Application and Results:

To apply the lashes, begin by gently removing them from the case by carefully pulling the strip, never the lashes themselves. It may be best to use tweezers to do this part and also to continue holding them whilst applying the glue, which will come up in a moment.

Whilst holding the lashes, you need to measure them up against your eyes. ESQIDO have written a handy guide on how to measure false eyelashes. Once you know the length you need, you need to trim excess from the outer end of the lashes, not the inner part.

When you have the perfect length of false eyelashes, you need to glue them to your lash line. To apply the glue, you need to apply a thin strip across the band of the lashes, with a little extra on each of the ends, and wait a few seconds for the glue to become tacky. Next, you need to press the lashes onto the lash line. You may find it easier to do this whilst looking down into a mirror or with tweezers, like was mentioned above.

I found that the lashes were extra long so needed a fair amount trimming off to fit my eyes, but I think that the fact that they come in this length is a positive. Long lashes mean that they will fit all different eye shapes pretty easily, so you can be sure to be covered.

I really liked the fact that the Lash Glue has a brush applicator. This means that you can apply just the right amount with a nice and steady hand, whereas with squeeze tube glues can sometimes be squeezed a little too hard and can dispense too much product.

The glue is also non-irritating on my sensitive eyes and held the lashes in place really well. With that said, they also removed easily too with no irritation, stubbornness or stickiness.

The lashes have a flexible black band that is made of cotton. I find that it fits really well to the lid and it’s flexibility means that it will be good for different shapes and sizes. Because of the band being black, I feel that they do look better when worn with eyeliner rather than without as it’s easier to see the band without the liner.

The lashes aren’t too heavy, but you can tell that you’re wearing them. A question that you may be asking about these lashes though is whether or not they are reusable, and the answer to that is yes. ESQIDO say that some of their customers have reported being able to reuse their pairs 30+ times with care, so they’re certainly durable!

If you’re not a fan of using mink lashes, ESQIDO do also have Unisyn lashes available that you may prefer to look at in styles just as pretty as their mink variants. The Unisyn lashes are made of a premium synthetic material that is vegan friendly.

If you are struggling to choose a style, then I really do recommend the quiz on the ESQIDO website that helps you to choose your lashes. I went through the quiz and it led me to the mink lashes in Radiance that I’m reviewing here, and I think they really are the perfect choice for me.

I do feel that these are perfect for every day wear which is exactly what I selected in my quiz answers, and they are great for accentuating the eyes rather than overwhelming them, so you can keep it casual with just some liner and go. On the flip side, you could also wear them with a full on eye look if you wish for a night out, but some other ESQIDO styles may be more up your street if that’s where you’d like to wear them.

Overall, I really like these lashes as well as the glue. I had a really tough time trying to choose between all of the amazing styles that they have to offer, but these are perfect for me. If you prefer a more natural looking lash with some volume, I highly recommend trying these beauties out!

If you want something with more volume for a night out, I really like the look of Lashmopolitan which are also the same lashes worn by Rihanna

Product Rating: 8/10
